PAYDAYS
All employees are paid bi-weekly (26 pay periods per calendar year)
every other Friday. Each paycheck will include earnings for all
work performed through the end of the previous payroll period.
VACATION LEAVE
Vacation time is provided for all eligible full-time regular employees.
Vacation accruals begin on date of hire for each payperiod of active
continuous service according to the following chart.

15 days per year; 4.62 hrs accrued per pay

20 days per year; 6.15 hrs accrued per pay

SICK LEAVE
After the successful completion of 90 days of employment, full-time
regular employees are eligible for paid leave for personal illness
or to care for an ill immediate family member (spouse or legal dependent).
Sick leave will not be advanced during the first 90-day period of
employment. Sick leave can be used for medical and dental appointments
for employee, employee's spouse or legal dependent when the employee's
presence is considered necessary.
Full-time regular employees accumulate Sick Leave at the rate of
1.54 hours per payperiod or 5 days per year.
HOLIDAY
The Company observes the following holidays, which are paid for
all eligible full-time, regular employees:
